Pantomime Ticket Sales Update
Here’s the final update to the Belvoir Players 2009 pantomime ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs ‘ ticket sales before tonight’s opening night.
Total ticket sales are running at over 93% which is brilliant!.
There are currently only four performances with availability so if you want to purchase tickets then you’ll need to hurry!
Reading for Autumn One Act Festival production
There will be a reading of the group’s prospective entry in the autumn one act drama festivals on Tuesday 25th August 2009 at 19:30 in the minor hall.
The play we will be reading is Shelagh Stevenson’s “Five Kinds Of Silence”.

Academy Shows 2009
The Belvoir Players Academy productions for 2009 has been announced and they are Songs From The Shows and Little Shop Of Horrors.
After the Academy’s spectacular 2008 production of Jesus Christ Superstar and our sell out Pantomime run the tickets for this production should go fast so early booking is recommended.

Rehearsed Reading
There will be a rehearsed reading of a play in the studio next Thursday 2nd April at 7.30 pm. The play is entitled "The Forrests in Winter" and the playwright shall be present on that evening also.
Equipment Request
I’ve been asked to put out a request from our steadfast wardrobe mistress Margaret McAlister for any body with any information about large Ottomans or Theatrical Costume Baskets as we are in dire need of storage for our ever expanding collection of costumes.
Additional Summer Tour Dates
It’s just been confirmed that our summer touring production of Sam Cree’s "Strictly For The Birds" will also be visiting the Courtyard Theatre, Newtownabbey on the 24th & 25th of July.

Summer Tour 2009
Well the Belvoir Players Summer Touring production for 2009 has been announced and it is Sam Cree’s Strictly For The Birds. The Belvoir Players haven’t performed this play since 1996 and so if you don’t want to have to wait another twelve years before you can see it again then book early (and book often)..

At the end of what is undoubtably our most successful pantomime ever we can announce that we had 99% seat bookings over the 14 pantomime performances!
